In captis, completed submissions and DropZone files are only stored temporarily. After a maximum of 90 days, the files disappear without a trace, like in a Bond movie. To create a permanent storage location, we have now integrated the File Cabinet into captis. There is a new menu item in the navigation, provided the user has been granted access rights to the file cabinet. The file cabinet is available as permanent storage for files.
